3D TERMS
- Complete, Sign, and Return the 3D Wholesale Dealer Application.
- Upon 3D Approval, you may receive 3D Billing Terms.
- You Must Have a Cumulative Sales Total of at least $10,000.00 with 3-D Organic Solutions, LLC. to Qualify for 3D Billing Terms. 3D Billing Terms is NET 14. All Past Due Accounts Accrue Interest at 5% per Month on the Unpaid Balance. There is an Additional Finance Charge of $100.oo per Month for Accounts 60 days, or more, Past Due. 3-D Organic Solutions, LLC. retains all rights to issue, change, revoke, or deny billing terms for any reason.

- All Sales Final and Due on Receipt. No Cash/Check Refunds. (3-D Organic Solutions, LLC. Reserves All Rights.)
